A vital part of Lida's physical, mental, and overall well-being, as well as her positive outlook on life, stems from the lessons she learned through activities like Ironman Triathlons, hiking Kilimanjaro and the Appalachian Trail, and incorporating daily physical exercise into her routine.
Today, Lida is dedicated to sharing her story and the insights she gained, aiming to inspire others to discover their own path to wellness. She is the owner of Head-to-Toe Coaching, a Health & Wellness Coaching company.
