Health Coaching

This is a 6-month program where we meet bi-weekly to discuss YOU. When was the last time you received personal attention? We will go where you need to go. There will be a focus on the primary foods (the food you do not eat) of your life. Then we will discuss the secondary food, which is the food you do put in your mouth.

Fitness

You can be healthy by eating well, but you will not be “fit and healthy” without exercising. It doesn’t matter where you are starting from, I will meet you there and walk alongside you.
